Wilden leads the way in air-operated double-diaphragm pumps. Wilden is deeply committed to the pursuit of excellence, customer satisfaction, research & development, and market knowledge.
Applications: Simple to maintain and highly reliable in operation, Wilden air-operated double-diaphragm pumps are installed worldwide in a large number of different applications. Ceramics, chemicals, oil & gas, paper, and water treatment are only a few of the industries that rely on Wilden’s modern-day descendant of the original Wilden pump. Wilden manufactures AODD pumps with either metal or plastic bodies to suit the needs of specific operating conditions. Today’s ‘Advanced’ series pumps utilize bolted, flanged connections for additional joint integrity and security.
Advanced Metal & Plastic Pumps
Wilden’s revolutionary Advanced™ Series pumps were specifically designed for maximum performance and efficiency. The bolted configuration of these pumps ensures total product containment while the redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction to maximize output and efficiency. A variety of elastomer options, including Teflon® PTFE, are available to meet abrasion, temperature, and chemical compatibility concerns. The Advanced™ Series metal pumps are offered in die cast aluminum, stainless steel and alloy C. A variety of options such as ANSI and DIN flanges, NPT/BSPT threads, and specialized air distribution systems are available to meet your specific application requirements.
Original Metal & Plastic Pumps
Wilden’s legendary Original™ Series pumps were designed for demanding utilitarian type of applications that require a robust design. The clamped configuration is a classic design that evolved from 1955 with the invention of Jim Wilden’s first air operated double diaphragm pump. The Original™ Series pumps ensure reliability without sacrificing ease of maintenance. Wilden’s metal pump line lends itself to various processes and waste applications. Wilden also offers a multitude of elastomer options including Teflon® PTFE, to meet your abrasion, temperature, and chemical compatibility concerns.
Saniflo Pumps (Hygienic/Sanitary)
The Saniflo™ Series pump line is specifically designed to meet the strict guidelines established for sanitary process applications. Saniflo™ pumps incorporate a straight flow-through design, large solids passage and efficiencies to insure process success. Saniflo™ pumps have a shear sensitive operation, Tri-clamp® style fittings and are offered in various surface finishes. The Saniflo™ pump line also offers pumps that are CIP (clean in place) and COP (clean out of place) for ease of use and maintenance. Wilden is consistently meeting and exceeding industry standards by having the certifications needed (FDA, USDA, 3A, ATEX) in order to help refine your process.
